In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Monica Makes It Happen show heads to Cliffside Park High School for a powerful and inspiring conversation focused on building stronger, more resilient teen girls. In partnership with Goya Foods, Wonder Girls Empowerment Program, and Lukin Center, students participate in interactive workshops centered around confidence, emotional wellness, mindfulness, and mental strength. The special highlights the importance of creating safe spaces where young women feel empowered, supported, and prepared to thrive in school, sports, leadership, and life.
